Monica Mogollon Plazas

I am an Economist, PhD.  My research spans several topics within the fields of public economics, education and development with the most recent focusing on two lines: 1) tax compliance in developing countries and 2) interventions to improve learning and economic outcomes in k-12 and higher education.

I hold a PhD in Economics from Rutgers University and MA and BA from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
